To limit the impact of fraud, immediate escalation is critical.
All employees and members of the University community may report suspicion of fraud, theft, misuse of University resources, and similar conduct to any of the following:
- UC Whistleblower Hotline
- Your supervisor or other appropriate administrator who will report it to the appropriate University official. Supervisors have a responsibility to forward employee reports of alleged improper governmental activities or whistleblower retaliation to the LDO.
- To report a possible cyberscam or phishing email, contact security@ucla.edu
The UC Whistleblower Protection Policy prohibits retaliation against employees who engage in activities that are protected under the Policy and guarantees an appropriate remedy for any employee whose claim of retaliation is substantiated.
