Required Training for All Employees
Training is an essential part of an effective compliance and ethics program. Education and training has been developed to ensure that the UCLA community understands their responsibilities.
The topics listed below include training courses that all employees are required to complete campuswide. Please note that in support of Chancellor Block's directive regarding the importance of mandatory training, employees must have completed the required systemwide training applicable to their position to be eligible for a Staff Appreciation and Recognition (STAR) Award. These trainings are available through the UC Learning Center, a learning management system (LMS) deployed across the University of California for systemwide employee training and development. To access required training, log into the UC Learning Center using your UCLA Logon ID and password.
